STEVIIE attempt to make the web store as secure as we possibly can. All personal and payment information is encrypted and securely processed. None of your personal information is stored or shared. Email addresses collected by STEVIIE are for internal use only. We will only use this personal information to keep you informed of our special events or promotions. If you would like to unsubscribe from our email list please contact us via the 'contact' page. We will remove your name from our email list as soon as possible.


All prices on the STEVIIE website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST. Please note that delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted for each product.

How much does shipping cost? 

STEVIIE ship all orders from Australia via Australia post or a courier service, depending on location. Shipping is a flat rate per order. Standard shipping is flat rate $9 Australia wide. International shipping is a flat rate of $28 AUD.

Express shipping also is available at an additional cost.

How long does delivery take?     

Orders are packed and dispatched from Sydney, Australia within 2 days of placing your order.

Delivery time across Australia is generally between 3-4 days. All purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Orders to Western Australia, Northern Queensland and the Northern Territory may on occasion take longer than 4-5 days.

*Please note that during holiday periods and on public holidays orders will take longer to arrive, delievery demand at peak times can cause delays. This is out of our control and we cannot be held responsible.

International shipping times will vary depending on destination.

Can I ship to a PO Box?  

Yes you can!

What payment methods are accepted.  

We accept payment via PayPal & Stripe.


STEVIIE will happily offer you an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order if you change your mind. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned in original unworn condition with all packaging intact. Earrings that have been opened cannot be exchanged or refunded for hygiene purposes. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the safe delivery of any returns back to STEVIIE. We suggest shipping with insurance and tracking. Please keep in mind that product colours may vary from the images shown due to photographic lighting.

How to make a return.  

Please contact STEVIIE for a return authorisation number. STEVIIE can not accept any return without their original packaging. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, we suggest using insurance and tracking. Complete the returns form issued by STEVIIE and ship to the address noted on the returns form. Steviie will refund your payment upon receipt of the good and inspection of their condition. Refunds are always made in the manner of the original purchase.

Damaged Items.

Please contact us as soon as you notice a fault with any STEVIIE item after arrival.

Product Details.   

Please note that all STEVIIE pieces are costume jewellery. We do guarantee that our jewellery will not cause allergies due to metal components. Discontinue the use of jewellery immediately if you experience any allergic symptoms and consult your physician. STEVIIE will not be held accountable for any allergic reactions experienced

Each STEVIIE piece comes with a care card to ensure the longevity of your piece.
